Biography

Jos van Bree started his career as management trainee in a French Pharmaceutical Company (now part of Sanofi) and left after 12 years in the position of Sales Director to start a HRM Consultancy with, among others, focus on recruitment in a variety of branches. It included a specialized team on Life Science/Healthcare market, serving over the years the major part of the top 30 companies. CFR The Netherlands was founded in 2013 as an independent continuation of the business unit Direct Search of his former company. CFR The Netherlands has carried out a large number of assignments in very professional directions and in Senior and Middle Management positions. Jos has been Member of the Board of the Dutch Organization of Search and Selection Companies for 6 years, including 3 years in the position of Chairman.

Education: Jos completed an Executive MBA program and holds a degree in Marketing. Moreover, he attended several education programs on General Management and especially on Human Resource Management.
