Robert is CFR's Industry & Engineering Practice Leader. He is also the Managing Partner of RFC Executive, CFR's network partner that covers Ireland. He has a degree in Human Resources and is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He has over 20 years experience specializing in Executive Search and Recruitment of Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, and Head of function positions for organizations involved in Engineering and Industrial sectors.
