We are happy to announce the further growth of our Swiss based CFR Global Executive Search partner, Meister Executive Search with the acquisition of Leaders Solution at the beginning of January 2022. Leaders Solutions has been founded in 2005 by Anna Katharina Laederach and has been successful in supporting clients with HR services such as executive search, assessments and coaching.
Anna Katharina Laederach has more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and over 20 years of management experience in executive functions as Director HR and Head of HR. During her professional career, Anna Katharina Laederach has worked both in the private sector in well-known large companies as well as in the public sector. Anna Katharina Laederach brings her many years of know-how and extensive network to Meister Executive Search AG as a member of the Board of Directors and acts as a sparring partner to her long-standing clients.
Meister Executive Search AG, based in Bern, Zurich and Lausanne, has specialised in headhunting on top management level since 1998. Lukas Kühne, the current managing partner, further founded Meister Networks in 2011. With this, the company positioned itself just as successfully in the niche of recruiting by means of direct approach in lower and middle management. Meister combines years of hard-earned expertise and absolute professionalism with innovation and flexibility. At the beginning of 2022, the company employs eighteen people with four dedicated consultants and a specialized team of research analysts.
The transfer of the Executive Search division from Leaders Solutions to Meister Executive Search is a win for both companies: Meister Executive Search strengthens its position in the market, and Leaders Solutions ensures a professional and long-term oriented succession transfer for their clients.
