Biography

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Jorge Segovia has over 30 years of professional business experience in multinational companies across diverse industries from food&agribusiness, automotive & telecommunication representing businesses including Sandoz Agrícola, Mobil Oil and Motorola Inc. Jorge has enjoyed exposure across a leadership spectrum in senior management positions in Customer Service, Logistics Supply Chain, Operations & Sales.

He has had responsibility and accountability in the roles throughout worked Mexico nationwide with additional ownership for performance in Central America and Latam Northern regions.

Jorge is a strong business development professional with combined synergy of engineering reasoning, commercial drive and people management solutions expertise in broad reaching (executive search, outplacement and social responsibility consulting).

Jorge co-founded LYCANS Group in 2008 and is justifiably proud of his 20 years experience in contemporary executive search processes, and human capital consulting in diverse business sectors for national and multinational clients, searching for and introducing exceptional candidates from diverse areas of expertise in different countries across Latam Region.

Jorge holds a BS in Agronomy Engineering, specialized in Crop Production from ITESM.  In addition to his role as Regional Director Latin America he has led the CFR Global Executive Search Food & Agribusiness practice group for over 4 years.
