Biography
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Jana is an executive search consultant, marketing consultant & coach.
Jana has over 25 years experience in different industries and has done executive search for national and multinational clients in different countries across Adriatic Region. Her recruitment work is focused on senior executive appointments in the industrial field, (automotive, chemical, engineering, FMCG) in Serbia, Adriatic Region and Global export-markets.
Prior to her work in search and recruitment, Jana worked as Marketing Director in and international company in FMCG and was Account Director in several international advertising Agencies.
Jana has joined CFR Global Executive Search Group in 2013 and in 2015 co-founded CFR Executive Search Serbia. In addition – she became a member of the CFR Board in fall 2019 and was appointed a Marketing Director at CFR Group network.
Jana holds a BS degree in Mathematics and speaks fluently Slovenian, Serbian, English and German.
