It was an evening full of magic. Together with Advantage Austria Trescon Slovenia celebrated its 15th anniversary. Kind words of welcome and congratulations by Mr. Hasslacher (Advantage Austria) and Mr. Reinhold Klinger (Trescon Austria) were followed by a brief introduction to the official program by Petra Treven Bernat, Managing Director Trescon Slovenia. And what a program it was! To mark the 15 years, 15 former candidates, who found their employers with the help of Trescon Slovenia and who still work with the same company, shared their stories. One for each year – from 2005 to 2020. Such an inspiration! To top it all up, the official program concluded with a conversation with Mr. Matjaž Kek, the coach of Slovenian football team, who brought Slovenian team to the football world championship in South Africa some years ago. It was a conversation full of insights, discovering the many parallels of our business – team work, communication, the importance of values, common mission and authentic leadership skills, to mention just the most obvious ones.
But all the important things happened then, in the informal part of the gathering. So many friends under the same roof, so many new connections made, so many business opportunities opened, so many new stories started.
Thank you all for sharing this beautiful evening with us, thank you for co-creating the employment landscape with us with such passion, dedication and positivity.
