Marc brings more than 20 years of professional experience in Executive Search, HR Consulting and strategic & operational HR leadership.
Marc holds an MBA degree with emphasis on HR-Management from University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
Marc is leadership assessor on executive level, experienced coach & change leader and certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
2007 – Present | Cantor
Marc joined CANTOR - co-founder of CFR Global Executive Search – as Managing Director in 2007. Since then – he is focusing on assignments and consultancy projects for regional & international clients in the industrial field (hi-tech, automotive, energy, chemical, engineering, IT/TC) and financial services in Germany, DACH-region and global export-markets. In addition - he became CFR board member as of 2014.
1997 – 2007
Marc was Senior HR Director for DACH-region of the globally most admired Top 10 company - and built-up the Group’s EMEA-technology footprint from scratch. Before – he held developing HR Director/Manager functions in the international IT/TC and financial services field of the Group.
1995 – 1997 | Xerox
He worked for XEROX Germany as HR-Manager for Southern Germany – directly in the sales/service field.
Aside of his studies – Marc got an intense idea what “leadership change” meant in practice for a working student of MBB/DASA (today EADS) in the hi-tech sector. This cultural change was a milestone in engraving a more professional change leadership aspiration and future HR professionalism.
